Kagunokinomi (香木実)・・・for thick tea
Kagunokinomi is produced in Aizu region, Fukushima Prefecture. In Aizu, they produce a considerable amount of big walnuts in good quality. Kagunokinomi looks like a truffle but is accutually made from bean paste and a walnut in its centre. As is rich and strong, it definitely goes with thick tea for tasting.
